About the Department<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Department of Agricultural Extension Education started functioning since 1990 with the start of the College of Agriculture, Vijayapur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Brief History of the PG degree programme:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Objectives of Initiating M.Sc. Programme<\/strong><\/td>To produce specialized and high quality professionals in Agricultural Extension Education in different areas of discipline such as communication, transfer of technology, organisational management, group dynamics, entrepreneurship development, Information and communication technology applications.To conduct the quality research on the regional problems in the field of Agricultural Extension Education for the development of farming community.<\/td><\/tr>
Accomplishments of Programme<\/strong><\/td>The researchable issues have been undertaken through PG Research and burning issues related to Entomology have been addressed. Students found a better way through good placements and occupied various positions at Govt and private sectors<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
